Yes — we have two active talent pools. When you post a job or use our Concierge service, you’ll be asked whether you prefer US-based or Philippines-based talent, or whether you have no preference. Our pricing is the same regardless of location.

Both talent pools are fully vetted through the same process, so the quality of candidates is consistent either way.
